Since 1971, EDM Zap has been specializing in classic Elox Sinker EDM Equipment. From the earlier models such as the HRP series including the popular HRP-64, HRP-103, and HRP-109 to the later models like the 8-62, 8-2012, and the large 18-6636. EDM Zap is familiar with the Elox power supplies like the T, TC, TCV, Astra, Centra, and more. We carry a complete line of parts and offer service both in house at our facility and on site.

Service: EDM Zap services and supports virtually all the sinker Elox equipment built from the 60’s to the 90’s. From the Chicago suburbs, EDM Zap travels all over North America to service equipment in the field. Many times we can diagnose the problem over the phone and send you the parts you need. Often components can be sent in for repair.

This also includes power supplies under the ERM name HP and HPD to the Xermac FX series including the popular FX-100. From Chicago, EDM Zap travels all over North America to service equipment in the field. Many times we can diagnose the problem over the phone and you can simply send in components for repair. EDM Zap was a dealer for Xermac and provided factory service. In addition, our lead engineer worked with Xermac to design and build equipment.
