That’s not a marketing statement — it’s how we’ve operated since 1971, when we first began designing power supplies and machines that didn’t exist anywhere else on the market.
Our customization capability spans the full stack: power supply configuration, control platform, electrode system, machine frame, fixturing, automation integration, and process parameters. We can modify an existing Advantage platform to meet your requirements, or design a completely bespoke machine from a blank sheet if that’s what the application demands.
Every custom build goes through the same engineering and validation process as our standard products — designed, built, and tested at our Montgomery, IL facility, with full documentation and on-site commissioning. You don’t receive a machine to figure out. You receive a validated, running process.
