Technical Advantages
The outer ground conductor isolates the power signal from ambient electromagnetic interference — critical in production environments where multiple machines, motors, and drives operate in close proximity.
Controlled impedance characteristics across the full cable length maintain discharge pulse shape from power supply to electrode — reducing inter-pulse variation and improving surface finish consistency.

ZAP Cable is standard on new EDM Zap Advantage systems and available as a retrofit upgrade for existing installations. Engineered to cut underwater at great depth, remote controlled from the surface.
